California law prohibits mobile bartenders from supplying or selling alcohol without a liquor license — and most private events don't qualify for one. Because of this, clients must purchase and provide their own alcohol.

Don't worry — we make it easy! We'll create a custom shopping list based on your guest count, preferred drinks, and event type, so you’ll know exactly what to buy (and how much). This ensures you stay compliant with state laws and fully stocked for your celebration.

We offer a full menu of  alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails. During the consultation we will review your signature cocktails.

 Yes, we can craft beautiful mocktails and offer a non-alcoholic drink station for guests of all ages or sober celebrations. 

For larger our larger 100+  shelf package  there will be two cerrfied bartenders. 

  Yes. All bartenders are certified with current alcohol handler permits. On The Rocks Mobile also carries general and liquor liability insurance. 

 We serve the Bay Area and nearby cities. Travel beyond a 30-mile radius may incur a mileage fee. Inquire for a custom quote. 

 We recommend booking at least 5–6 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons. Last-minute bookings may be accepted based on availability. 

We ask our guest to view the price menu, complete the intake form.

 We’ll review your intake form, introduce our services, answer questions, recommend a package, and help plan your shopping list and drink menu.

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event: deposit is non-refundable, but no additional fee will be charged.
   
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: 50% of the total booking fee will be retained.
   
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event: full payment is due (no refund), as inventory, staffing, and prep have already occurred.
